  Were told the application was 30 per person, plus the 100 to hold the apt which would turn into the administration fee if approved and refunded if not. We brought in a 160 dollar check with our application. Didn't get approved which is fine, but she then she proceeded to say she still needed 60 dollars in money order or check form from me or it would take longer to refund the money? Have no idea why. I brushed that off and said it's fine if it takes longer and I swear she said something like "is that the attitude you applied with", I said "sorry what" and she didn't repeat herself. Whole exchange was weird. When we first went into the office she was on the phone with someone talking about how their money order had been received and it would be a few weeks. So it's clearly not any faster. Besides not making any sense, if I needed the 100 that fast what makes you think it'd have 60 to spare to get it. Be careful of them asking for more money. In response to the response- that still doesn't explain why she would ask for *another* 60. It's already paid. It would be too late and in order to "get my money back quicker" I would be paying twice. I *assume* you give me back 160 in total in that case, "faster", but I'm still paying the orginal 60 plus another 60 (plus the 100) for a total of 220 to get back 160 "faster". That's stupid as all hell.

  Lived here in a 1 bedroom apartment while finishing up school at Salisbury University. Really loved it. Nice staff. Clean apartment with a nice layout. I’d recommend it for sure. Thanks for a comfortable year and a half!
