- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Advanced Property Rental is a scam and a terrible place to live. I lived here my senior year and the apartments are nice, but you will pay dearly for them. If you cannot leave the place looking brand new, they will charge you for EVERYTHING. My security deposit was $600, and they charged us an additional $3,000 in supposed damages.
